Title: Over Flow Bridge Description: Barangay Alipit has an area of more than one square kilometer a population of Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) people with a distance of fifteen (15) kilometers from the town. At present, the only means of transportation is by foot passing thru a hanging bridge which needs annual repair. Construction of an overflow bridge will make Barangay Alipit accessible and thus create more economic activities. It is an agriculture area and has a great potential to become the vegetable and livestock producing Barangay of Santa Cruz. Amount: PHP 3,523,608 |

Post Description: A farmer's proposed Trading Center with a floor area of 34 x 20 sq.m. will be constructed at Barangay Callos in a 2,000 sq. m. owned by the Municipal Government of Santa Cruz in the province of Laguna. This trading center will service One Thousand One Hundred and Nineteen farmers (1,119) of Santa Cruz farming in One Thousand Five Hundred Four Hectares (1,504) with a total production of Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five (8,125) m. tons of rice/per harvest other than vegetable and livestock. It will not only service farmers of Santa Cruz but also farmers of the neighboring towns of the 29 Municipality & 1 City of the province of Laguna. Upon completion of he project, Santa Cruz being the Capital of Laguna Province and the Commercial Center, buying and selling of farmer's produce will be centralized. Thus lessen the service of middlemen which only contribute to the increase of price of the products. The beneficiaries of the projects are the farmers themselves because they will have a sure place to market their products thus augmenting their meager income. Amount: PHP 2,481,500 |
