of project to President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in the USA.
c) December
22, 2001: 26 boxes of computers arrived at the BDFI office delivered by
LBC.
Four Computer Resource Learning Centers were established:
i. BDFU
Batong Malake CRLC in Los Banos, Laguna (7 computers)
ii. Sta. Clara Sur CRLC in Pila, Laguna
(5 computers)
iii. Duhat CRLC in Sta. Cruz, Laguna (5 computers)
iv. Oogong CRLC in Sta. Cruz, Laguna (5 computers)
Dino Rivera (FISH
for PEACE-USA staff) carne to assist during the setting up of computers
in the villages.
d) January 12 & 14, 2002: Workshop at the
BDFI and Brgy. Oogong Computer Resource Learning Center. Finalized schedule
of training, computer rules and regulations and training of trainers.
e) January 21 to date:
Training on computer (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point) in the BDFI
Computer Resource Learning Center Los Banos.
* 13 on-going trainees
and 31 applicants
f) February 5, 2002:
Formal Launching of the four Computer Resource Learning Centers where
the Signing of Memorandum of Agreement and Cutting of Ribbon was done.

g) Monitoring of Computer
Resource Learning Centers in the pilot villages.
(Status as of Feb.2002)
1) Sta. Clara Sur
CRLC -4 trainees finished the course; 5 on-going trainees & 92 applicants.
Only one trainer.
2) Duhat CRLC -5 trainees finished the course; 8 on-going trainees &
11 applicants excluding the micro-credit mothers. With two trainers.
3) Oogong CRLC -45 on-going trainees (to be finished on the 2nd week
of march) & 40 applicants. With six trainers.
